Miraka
Miraka was the result of an alliance of Māori Trusts and Incorporations with significant land assets and farming operations that share a vision of sustainable business practices.
Established in 2010, Miraka is the first Māori owned dairy processing company in Aotearoa. Wairarapa Moana Incorporation is proud to be a founding member.
Located at Mokai, 30km northwest of Taupō, Miraka is unique within the dairy industry, using sustainable and renewable geothermal energy, and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
